Do you ship to the UK and EU?

Yes. We’ve partnered with Passport Shipping for UK and EU orders. They act as the Seller for UK orders under £135 and EU orders under €150.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We process orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships. Most US deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom-formulated nature of all Aseir products, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted for products damaged in shipping. If your product arrives damaged, email us at support@aseircustom.com and we’ll send a replacement immediately.

I have a promo code. How do I use it?

On the checkout page you’ll see a field to enter your promo code before entering your payment details.

Can I save with a monthly subscription?

Yes. Our subscription program ensures you never run out, and unlocks 15% off the regular price on every order.
