Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS from our fulfilment centre in the United States. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Standard domestic delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days. International shipping is available to select countries and delivery times vary by destination.

Free shipping is available on all orders over $75.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return Conditions

Products must be in their original packaging. Partially used products are eligible for return within the 30-day window. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
