Wholesale Terms & conditions

General Terms:

First-time wholesale orders must meet a minimum of $1,500 (excluding shipping and taxes).
Reorder minimum is $750.
Wholesale pricing is offered at up to 35% off the current retail prices listed on aseircustom.com (pricing subject to change without notice).
All wholesale orders must be paid upfront via credit card or bank transfer prior to shipping.
New wholesale partners must provide:
A valid reseller certificate or business license (for U.S.-based partners), or
Proof of business activity, such as a storefront, professional website, or active service-based Instagram page.

Wholesale Pricing Structure:

Our wholesale program is designed to support partners committed to delivering high-quality, science-backed skincare. Volume-based discounts may be available for larger orders or long-term partnerships. For pricing tiers and bulk options, please contact us directly at support@aseircustom.com.

Shipping & Delivery:

All orders ship from our U.S.-based fulfillment center.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, including any international duties, taxes, or import fees.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Expedited shipping is available upon request, with additional charges.
Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

International Wholesale Disclaimer

Aseir Custom welcomes international wholesale partners; however, it is the buyer’s sole responsibility to understand and comply with all import regulations and cosmetic ingredient guidelines in their respective country.
Some Aseir Custom products contain Copper Peptide GHK-Cu and Carbon 60 (C60), which may be subject to regulatory review or ingredient restrictions in certain countries. For example:

Japan and the EU have strict rules around the classification and allowable concentration of peptides in cosmetic products.
Australia and Canada may classify certain ingredients as therapeutic goods, which could require additional import approvals or labeling compliance.

We strongly recommend that all international buyers consult with their local customs authority or regulatory health agency prior to placing an order to ensure smooth clearance.
Aseir Custom is not liable for shipments that are held, delayed, rejected, or confiscated due to local import laws or ingredient restrictions. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Additionally, please note that all duties, customs taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Marketplace Restrictions & Written Approval Requirement

Wholesale partners are strictly prohibited from selling Aseir products on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart.com, eBay, or similar platforms without prior written approval from Aseir.
Approval will only be considered after we’ve reviewed your intended sales channels to ensure they do not conflict with Aseir’s existing presence. If approved, partners may only offer our products on platforms where Aseir is not currently active.
Aseir reserves the right to monitor all online listings and request immediate removal if policies are violated or if our branding is misrepresented in any way.

Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy:

Wholesale partners may not advertise Aseir Custom products for more than 25% off the current retail price listed on our website.
Any promotional pricing or discounts exceeding this threshold must be approved in writing in advance.
Violations of our MAP policy may result in termination of wholesale privileges.

Returns & Damages:

Claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns are only accepted in the case of defective or incorrectly shipped items. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
All other sales are final.

Backorders & Availability:

If an item is backordered, we will notify you and ship the product as soon as inventory becomes available, unless otherwise requested.
All items are subject to availability. Aseir Custom is not liable for delays due to stock shortages.
